World Health Day

During this Pandemic while we are staying at home and staying safe, our overall health, including our eyes, is important. Here are some tips for healthy eyes:

  • Exercise – Regular exercise is linked to a reduced risk for vision loss
  • Balanced Diet – Eat a balanced diet; leafy greens and fish for Vitamins A& C and Salmon and Nuts for Omega 3 fatty acids
  • Take Breaks – Practice the 20-20-20 rule; working on your laptop or phone, take a break every 20 minutes to focus on an on object 20 feet away for about 20 seconds
